Tour Announcement

Some authors do a blog tour, some do a speaking tour, some do absolutely nothing and still sell a ton of book. For my last book Starving Jesus, we did a 40 day tour across the country in an RV while fasting. What will we do this time? Taking place from August 30th-November 1st the tour will include six stops across the country:

August 30, 2009 - Topeka, KS
September 30, 2009 - Las Vegas, NV
October 7, 2009 - Los Angeles, CA
October 11, 2009 - Detroit, MI
October 23, 2009 - Folsom, CA
October 30-November 1, 2009 - Atlanta, GA

There will be a number of speaking dates and other things that we are doing for this book, but as far as the actual tour, here are the details. More information will be available on www.jesuslovesyou.net.

-Jesus Loves the Religious - August 30 - Westboro Baptist Church - Topeka, KS.

Westboro Baptist Church is known as one of the most hate filled religious organizations in the nation. On August 20, Gross and Harper will visit Westboro Baptist Church not to prove one their way is better than Westboro’s, but to show love. Their intentions will be shone through the way they interact and share with the members of Westboro. Everyone is invited. Service starts at 12pm and is located at 3701 Southwest 12street, Topeka KS 66604.

-Jesus Loves the Gluttons - September 30 -The Orleans Hotel - Las Vegas, NV. Gross and Harper will be giving away 400 lunch buffets on a day in September. These buffets will serve as a launching ground to share with people that Jesus does indeed love the glutton. More information and free buffet website available soon.

-Jesus Loves Porn Stars - October 7 - USC, Los Angeles, CA.

Craig Gross will be debating Porn Star Ron Jeremy on the campus of USC with Jason Harper moderating. The debate is called "The Porn Debate". Craig will use this debate as an opportunity to share the love Jesus has for Ron. Ticket information is available directly from USC.Event starts at 7pm and is open to the public.

-Jesus Loves the Disconnected - October 11 - Citadel of Faith Church, Detroit, MI. With the highest unemployment rate in the country, Detroit, MI includes some of the most disconnected people The United States has to offer. Gross and Harper will be giving away house at church on this date. A website will launch and will include all the information about this free house giveaway. The message in church that Sunday will be entitled “Jesus Loves the Disconnected.”

-Jesus Loves the Crooks - October 23 - Folsom State Prison, Folsom, CA.

One of America’s first maximum security prisons, Folsom State Prison serves as a place where crooks lay their heads at night. Gross and Harper will be teaching a chapel service here, entitled “Jesus Loves the Crooks.”

-Jesus Loves the Outcast - October 30-November 1, 2009 - Atlanta Pride Festival, Atlanta, GA.

The authors will be setting up a booth at the Atlanta Pride Festival with the simple message of “We Are Sorry.” Apologizing for the way religious people have treated homosexuals will hopefully return a positive and uplifting response from those participating in the pride festival.
